The Birnam to Ballinluig A9 Community Group and Transport Scotland are working together to create a preferred design for a dual carriageway A9 between the Pass of Birnam and the Tay Crossing, in a process which is open to the whole community.

This process – the A9 Co-Creative – started in January and runs until July and builds on the work to develop community objectives for the A9 dualling.

We have held a number of community information events throughout this process with hundreds of people attending, discussing and contributing their ideas. We are now compiling the results from Stage 5 of the Process, where you were able to vote for the community’s preferred Whole Route Option (WRO). You can find out more information here.
